We hired Matt Kensky and Scrofano Law for my 17-year old’s reckless driving charge in Loudoun County. He was honest and clear with his advice and guidance, without overpromising. After our initial call with Matt, his legal assistant Alana was our primary contact prior to the court date and she was fantastic – organized, responsive, thorough, and sensitive to the pressures of the situation. We were fully prepared going into court. At the court date, Matt took charge speaking with the officer and negotiated an excellent plea deal that ended with a deferred finding. After completing 25 hours of community service (prior to court at Matt’s suggestion), 3 evening young driver improvement classes and a 6-month period with no further traffic violations, the charge was dismissed. Overall, we are very grateful to Matt and Alana for the outcome and would hire them again without question.
